Positions

Responsibilities

  • Handling the preparation of trademark filing and registration procedures at national, European, and international levels.
  • Managing the submission and archiving of documentation related to filings, renewals, and oppositions.
  • Interacting with clients, relevant authorities, and foreign associates.
  • Supporting consultants in trademark research, monitoring, and protection activities.
  • Managing deadlines.
  • Administrative management of trademarks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite, databases, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the documentation required for patent filings (National, European, and International).
  • Managing the patent and design portfolio, ensuring compliance with deadlines and administrative requirements.
  • Handling patent and design recordals, liaising with the Patent Office of the relevant country.
  • Conducting data and/or document searches on major online platforms (UIBM, EUIPO, WIPO, EPO, etc.).
  • Preparing invoices and collaborating with the Patent Attorney in managing billing activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical advice concerning clients’ trademark portfolios.
  • Conducting preliminary database searches in preparation for trademark filings.
  • Managing technical–legal defense activities in active and passive oppositions.
  • Developing prosecution strategies in collaboration with the Paralegal Department.
  • Supervising and approving trademark filings.
  • Approving documentation for trademark recordals.
  • Drafting license agreements.
  • Managing the billing cycle for clients in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development activities.

Requirements

  • Law degree or related fields.
  • Bar admission and/or registration with the Intellectual Property Consultants Register.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Managing prior-art searches and providing patentability opinions.
  • Preparing analyses to define the features of the required patent or design.
  • Drafting patent specifications and preparing any necessary explanatory technical drawings.
  • Handling patent litigation, both active and passive, in collaboration with Paralegals and external legal experts, providing specializes technical opinions.
  • Supervising and approving patent filings.
  • Supporting business development and the acquisition of new clients.

Requirements

  • Holding the qualification of Italian and European Patent Attorney.
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge and management of the main reference databases and platforms (UIBM, EUIPO, WIPO, EPO, private databases).

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer accounting, supplier accounting, and general accounting, ensuring the registration of all financial transactions.
  • Performing accounting entries primarily related to suppliers, payments, receipts, cash book entries, and the main accounting events arising from the company’s business operations.
  • Handling corporate accounting activities (tasks aimed at preparing financial statements, F24 payments, VAT and direct tax compliance).
  • Overseeing financial planning, treasury management, and relationships with banking institutions.
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, supporting the Office Manager in the financial management of the office.
  • Preparing periodic financial and accounting reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or related fields.
  • Ability to proactively propose insights and potential solutions to be evaluated within management decision-making processes.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
